Every year, around 80 professors from all over the world are invited to Sciences Po through its Visiting Scholar Program.
This program allows scholars in the field of social sciences to conduct research projects, give talks and guest lectures, and connect with Sciences Po's scientific community.
The Center of the Americas welcomes about 12 visiting professors from American universities every year, in cooperation with other Sciences Po’s research centers.
Sciences Po welcomes post-doctoral and advanced doctoral students applications to teach in one of its two undergraduate College Universitaire Campuses in France either Reims or Le Havre.
► The Gregory Flynn Visiting Professorship
In the fall of 2006, Sciences Po and Georgetown University inaugurated the “Gregory Flynn Visiting Professorship”. This program will allow one professor from Sciences Po to spend the fall semester at Georgetown University in Washington, DC every other year.
Every year, the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies is pleased to host a number of Visiting Scholars from the US and abroad. The Center welcomes applications from post-doctoral social scientists and historians who are working on modern Europe.
The Harvard and CES communities provide an intellectually stimulating environment for scholars of modern Europe. Visitors take part in a weekly seminar that is an opportunity for them to present work in progress and receive feedback from colleagues in their field. In addition, the Center has a full program of talks, study group sessions and conferences in which visitors are encouraged to participate.
"Equal opportunities" program with Sciences Po
Open to faculty members from Columbia University, Ecole Polytechnique, Sciences Po and Universite Paris I, to spend a semester as a visiting professor in one of the Alliance partner universities.
